Chess Club

Welcome to Chess Club

Chess Club is open to students of all ages and skill levels, from the complete beginner to the more experienced player. Players meet on Thursdays at 12:30 in the Library. Initially students will learn the basic rules and tactics. It is important that once children have made a commitment to join the club, that they try to attend each week otherwise it can disrupt the year-end club’s competition. The Chess Club is intended as an opportunity for students to get together and socialize, while learning the amazing game of chess. (Mr. Holden is the teacher in charge)
